SEO Specialist – B2B SaaS

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Philippines.

📋 Description

• We are seeking an **SEO Specialist** to take charge of organic search and AI answer engine visibility for a diverse range of clients.

• This role involves direct engagement in strategy development, technical assessments, and content implementation to enhance non-brand traffic, AI citation presence, and measurable lead generation on client websites.

• Perform technical audits that encompass crawlability, indexing, site architecture, and Core Web Vitals.

• Detect and rectify issues impacting organic visibility, such as 404s, 410s, redirect chains, duplicate content, and canonicalization.

• Execute and refine schema markup and structured data for search engines and AI answer engines.

• Review on-page essentials including title tags, meta descriptions, heading formats, internal linking, and page loading speed.

• Create and oversee content calendars aimed at non-brand organic keywords and AI-answer inquiries.

• Write or supervise a minimum of 20 publish-ready blog articles each month across client accounts.

• Formulate strategies to ensure clients are cited and recommended in AI-generated responses.

• Provide reports on organic traffic, keyword rankings, CTR, AI citation visibility, and content effectiveness.

⛳️ Requirements

• Demonstrated experience in managing SEO for websites that successfully generate organic traffic and leads.

• Strong technical SEO capabilities, including the proficiency to conduct audits, identify issues, and implement solutions.

• Proven ability to write or edit SEO content that ranks well, with a solid understanding of structure, intent, and factors that contribute to a page's usefulness.

• Familiarity with Google Search Console, GA4, and keyword research tools such as Ahrefs, Semrush, or their equivalents.

• Knowledge of how AI answer engines operate and the requirements for having content cited.

• Capacity to manage multiple clients or projects concurrently while maintaining high quality and meeting deadlines.

• High productivity level, able to write 20 or more posts per month while ensuring quality across all submissions.
