This is a fully remote position, open to applicants anywhere in the world.
• **Purpose of the position**
• Strategically and technically drive the organic growth of La Moda's websites, leading diagnostics, prioritization, and technical SEO initiatives focused on crawling, indexing, architecture, performance, search experience, and organic revenue enhancement.
• The individual will be tasked with transforming technical analyses and performance data into actionable plans for technology, e-commerce, content, and partner agencies.
• **Area of responsibilities**
• **Technical SEO and governance**
• Conduct regular technical audits across La Moda's brand websites.
• Identify issues pertaining to crawling, indexing, rendering, canonicalization, pagination, redirects, status codes, sitemaps, robots.txt, and URL architecture.
• Evaluate the technical implications of site changes, new pages, collections, campaigns, integrations, and platform modifications.
• Oversee implementations with technology, product, e-commerce teams, and external partners.
• Ensure adherence to SEO best practices on category pages, product pages, internal search, collections, landing pages, and corporate pages.
• Assist in migration projects, structural changes, template modifications, performance enhancements, and critical SEO corrections.
• **SEO strategy and performance**
• Develop, support, and manage the strategic SEO roadmap, prioritizing requests based on impact, effort, and revenue potential.
• Identify opportunities for organic growth within Lança Perfume, My Favorite, and other digital initiatives within the group.
• Analyze organic competitors, search trends, seasonality, strategic categories, and user behavior.
• Aid in defining targets, KPIs, projections, and organic growth strategies.
• Investigate declines, fluctuations, or opportunities in organic traffic from both technical and business viewpoints.
• **Data, tools, and reporting**
• Monitor metrics using Google Search Console, GA4, SEMrush, Screaming Frog, and complementary tools.
• Track organic sessions, organic revenue, conversion, CTR, impressions, average position, and performance by page/category.
• Analyze Core Web Vitals, load speed, page experience, and mobile performance.
• Review logs, crawler behavior, and opportunities to optimize crawl budget when applicable.
• Prepare executive analyses and actionable recommendations to facilitate decision-making.
• **Collaboration with internal teams and agency**
• Serve as the main technical SEO contact for technology, e-commerce, product, content, CRM, and media teams.
• Provide technical guidance to the partner agency regarding technical SEO and organic strategy.
• Validate technical recommendations from the agency and ensure alignment with internal priorities.
• Convert SEO requirements into clear briefs, technical tickets, and actionable plans.
• Assist in SEO coordination by organizing priorities, tracking results, and communicating with stakeholders.
• **Qualifications**
• Proven experience in technical SEO, preferably within e-commerce.
• Proficiency with Google Search Console, GA4, Screaming Frog, SEMrush, Ahrefs, or similar tools.
• Understanding of HTML, CSS, rendered JavaScript, and web development best practices as they relate to SEO.
• Experience with information architecture, structured data, Core Web Vitals, sitemaps, robots.txt, and status codes.
• Ability to analyze data, identify complex issues, and prioritize actions with a focus on business impact.
• Strong communication skills to interact with both technical and non-technical teams.
• Excellent organizational skills, autonomy, and the ability to juggle multiple initiatives simultaneously.

• Familiarity with e-commerce platforms, particularly VTEX or similar environments.
• Experience in log analysis and optimizing crawl budgets.
• Knowledge of SEO practices for fashion, retail, marketplaces, or brands with high seasonality.
• Experience with migration projects, site restructuring, or platform transitions.
• Knowledge of Looker Studio, BigQuery, SQL, or report automation.
• Understanding of international SEO, AEO/GEO, advanced structured data, and AI-powered search.
