SEO Specialist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Serbia.

📋 Description

• Implement the SEO strategy and ensure timely delivery of high-quality monthly work.

• Propel local SEO efforts concentrating on the map pack and enhancing quality traffic.

• Work closely with in-house developers, outreach teams, and client success personnel.

• Take ownership of client outcomes without the need for micromanagement or constant supervision.

• Constructively question existing tools, processes, and product decisions.

• Oversee multiple client accounts within a pod framework.

• Ensure clients' visibility on Google search continues to grow each month.

⛳️ Requirements

• Minimum of 4 years of experience as an SEO specialist, preferably 5+ years.

• At least one year of experience within an agency managing several client accounts.

• Strong expertise in local SEO, ideally within service-oriented businesses.

• Previous experience with US-based companies in the American market.

• Capability to independently manage client accounts and meet deadlines for results.

• Strategic mindset - able to challenge existing processes and provide solutions.

• Excellent written English and comprehension of US client expectations.

• Additional advantages for:

• Experience in US home service sectors such as HVAC, Roofing, Plumbing, Legal, Moving, etc.

• Agency experience managing numerous accounts simultaneously.

• Location in Europe, especially the Balkans (better alignment with time zones).

• Experience with local SEO on a larger scale.
