SEO Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Ukraine.

📋 Description

• Collaborate with the Content Manager and Head of PR to create and maintain the content calendar.

• Conduct ongoing optimization of content and the website: improve readability, develop internal linking strategies, re-optimize seasonal content, clean up low-performing content, optimize for featured snippets, accurately configure the site's taxonomy, and perform other related tasks as needed.

• Perform in-depth research in our industry and competitive landscape, identifying key content gaps and tools, as well as new opportunities and initiatives regarding content. Relay relevant information to Demand Generation, Product Marketing, and other departments as necessary.

• Analyze backlinks and work with internal stakeholders (PR, data analysts) and external partners to enhance ranking and domain authority through backlinks.

• Investigate, audit, propose, and implement new ideas and tactics to improve site performance, response speeds, and bug fixes, among other aspects.

• Monitor and analyze the effectiveness of our SEO initiatives, preparing reports on a monthly, quarterly, and annual basis using Google Data Studio.

⛳️ Requirements

• Proficiency in English at an **Upper-Intermediate level or higher**.

• **2+ years** of commercial experience in the role of SEO Manager.

• Knowledge of standard and current SEO practices.

• Familiarity with HTML/CSS/WordPress.

• Experience with SEO reporting tools (Ahrefs, Semrush, Majestic).

• Knowledge of relevant tools (e.g., Conductor, Screaming Frog, MOZ) and web analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, WebTrends).

• Excellent understanding of PR channels and social media, and how they integrate with SEO.
