This is a fully remote position, open to applicants anywhere in the world.

📋 Description

• Develop and implement SEO, AEO, and GEO strategies across various higher education partner accounts.

• Create SEO roadmaps that align with enrollment objectives and business goals.

• Perform research on keywords, topics, competitors, entities, and search intent.

• Oversee technical SEO projects, including site audits, crawl analysis, indexing, Core Web Vitals, structured data, and internal linking.

• Collaborate with Web Development teams to prioritize and execute technical SEO enhancements.

• Enhance website content, landing pages, and content hubs to improve search visibility, user experience, and AI discoverability.

• Identify content gaps and opportunities to enhance topical authority throughout the student journey.

• Track rankings, organic traffic, conversions, and other SEO KPIs to provide actionable insights.

• Manage monthly SEO reports and communicate strategic recommendations to stakeholders.

• Stay updated on search algorithm changes, advancements in AI search, and evolving SEO best practices.

• Assess emerging search technologies and AI tools to enhance workflows and search performance.

• Contribute to the creation of SEO documentation, operational standards, and ongoing process enhancements.


⛳️ Requirements

• 3–5+ years of practical SEO experience with demonstrated organic growth outcomes.

• Proven experience in independently managing SEO strategies for multiple websites or client accounts.

• Strong technical SEO knowledge, including audits, indexing, structured data, Core Web Vitals, and on-page optimization.

• Comprehensive understanding of keyword research, search intent, content strategy, and performance analysis.

• Proficiency in tools such as Google Analytics 4, Google Search Console, SEMrush, Ahrefs, Screaming Frog, Looker Studio, Sitebulb, or similar platforms.

• Familiarity with AEO, GEO, semantic search, entity optimization, and AI-driven search experiences.

• Excellent editorial, proofreading, and content optimization abilities.

• Experience working within CMS platforms like WordPress, Webflow, Drupal, or comparable systems.

• Strong analytical, organizational, communication, and project management skills.

• Capability to handle multiple priorities across various client accounts simultaneously.
