This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in South Africa.

• Formulate and execute SEO strategies to enhance organic traffic and search rankings

• Perform keyword research and analyze competitors

• Optimize website content, landing pages, and blogs according to SEO best practices

• Conduct technical SEO assessments (site speed, indexing, crawlability, etc.)

• Track performance utilizing tools such as Google Analytics, Search Console, Ahrefs, or SEMrush

• Develop and implement link-building strategies

• Identify content deficiencies and suggest new content opportunities

• Stay informed on the latest SEO trends, algorithm updates, and best practices

• Collaborate with content creators and developers to carry out SEO enhancements

• 3 - 4+ years of experience in SEO or digital marketing

• Strong grasp of on-page, off-page, and technical SEO

• Familiarity with SEO tools (Ahrefs, SEMrush, Moz, Google Analytics, Search Console)

• Basic knowledge of HTML, CSS, and website structure is advantageous

• Demonstrated success in improving search rankings and organic traffic

• Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities

• Excellent communication and reporting skills

• Experience collaborating with remote or international teams is a plus
