SEO, AI Search Specialist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Poland.

📋 Description

• Take ownership of SEO and AI Search projects from start to finish.

• Enhance technical SEO elements, including site architecture, internal linking, crawlability, indexation, Core Web Vitals, structured data, and content discoverability.

• Formulate strategies to boost visibility on Google Search, AI Overviews, and LLM-powered platforms.

• Establish hypotheses, conduct experiments, and create reports that illustrate what is effective, the reasons behind it, and recommended actions.

• Track AI search trends (GEO, AI Overviews, answer engines) and implement new strategies accordingly.

• Oversee citations and listings to ensure accuracy and consistency across various platforms.

• Develop AI-driven workflows for content research, optimization, production, reporting, and SEO automation.

• Perform SEO audits, conduct experiments, monitor algorithm updates, and continuously refine your strategies.

• Collaborate with Product, Content, Analytics, and external partners to enhance our organic presence both on and off our website.

• Generate original, data-informed content that serves as a reliable source for users and AI models.

⛳️ Requirements

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in SEO or organic growth, preferably in the B2B SaaS sector.

• Strong foundation in technical SEO principles, including crawlability, indexation, internal linking, structured data, and Core Web Vitals.

• Proficient in keyword research, search intent analysis, content optimization, and competitive analysis.

• A thorough understanding of AI Search, AI Overviews, answer engines, or GEO/AEO.

• Capability to convert data into actionable, business-focused decisions.

• Practical experience with AI tools, scripts, or no-code solutions to automate workflows, generate content, or enhance SEO practices.

• Exceptional communication skills in English.
