⛳️ Requirements

• At least a senior-level engineer, with staff+ level preferred

• Practical experience in agentic development

• Solid understanding of LLMs

• Familiarity with the ecosystem of tools for coding agents

• Ability to excel in highly ambiguous situations

• Capable of performing well under strict deadlines

• Comfortable being assessed against high KPIs
