Senior/Managing Consultant – IT Project Management (Insurance)

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

📋 Description

• Essential roles in IT transformation initiatives

• Organizing and overseeing intricate IT transformation programs

• Leading sub-projects or task forces

• Main point of contact for clients and communications at the project leadership level

• Overseeing content-related interdependencies among sub-projects

• Ensuring adherence to quality and project goals

• Providing guidance based on the IT transformation project methodology

• Internal accountability for a specific subject area

⛳️ Requirements

• Relevant professional experience in IT project management

• Proficient in project management methodologies for both agile and traditional (waterfall) frameworks

• Experience within the insurance or banking industries

• Consulting experience is a plus

• Knowledge of Jira and Confluence

• Strong analytical and conceptual thinking skills

• Outstanding communication abilities

• Openness to travel for workshops and client meetings
