Senior Zuora Solutions Architect

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Netherlands.

📋 Description

• Set up, tailor, and oversee Zuora Billing, encompassing product catalog, rate plans, subscriptions, invoicing, taxation, payments, and associated workflows.

• Collaborate across departments with Sales, Finance, RevOps, and Engineering to enhance and streamline the SaaS subscription and order-to-revenue process.

• Facilitate the complete order-to-revenue cycle by diagnosing problems, conducting root cause analyses, and implementing long-term solutions.

• Create and manage Zuora workflows, notifications, custom fields, data mappings, and Salesforce integrations, which include data migration tasks.

• Engage in Agile/Scrum ceremonies and ensure that system modifications adhere to best practices, compliance regulations, and internal governance standards.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 5 years of experience in stakeholder management with direct collaborations with Finance, RevOps, Sales, and Engineering teams.

• Between 6 months to over 1 year of practical experience in configuring, customizing, and supporting Zuora Billing within a production setting.

• Proficient in Zuora Orders and the Orders API.

• Skilled in drafting solution documents, creating proof of concepts, and analyzing issues.

• Excellent communication abilities, meticulous attention to detail, and the capability to prioritize tasks while acquiring new technologies.
