This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in India.
• Achieves or surpasses sales targets for the specified Karnataka region.
• Responsible for finalizing sales of HLD (Capital Equipment and consumables) within Karnataka.
• Maintain a comprehensive understanding of customer needs and competitive dynamics in the marketplace.
• Cultivates long-term positive relationships with customers, fostering loyalty and confidence in ASP as their preferred supplier.
• Tasked with promoting the complete ASP HLD product portfolio.
• Provide weekly and monthly sales action plans to the manager, detailing the necessary activities in each account to meet sales objectives.
• Capable of negotiating and securing sales in standard scenarios and with support when managing more complicated deals.
• Participate in trade displays and conferences as needed.
• Develop an understanding of customer requirements to pinpoint sales opportunities.
• Identify tender and contract opportunities, collaborating with colleagues to deliver solutions.
• With guidance, create an effective and efficient territory plan.
• Work alongside the manager to recognize customer in-service needs to support the efficient use of healthcare services and products.
• Prepare a strategy to optimize key account development and stimulate sales growth by identifying new opportunities.
• Continuously enhance personal knowledge of product features, benefits, and proper applications through hands-on experience, training programs, and insights from key end-users.
• Carefully manage accounts receivable, operating expenses (transportation, advertising & promotion, entertainment, travel) while ensuring sustainable productivity.
• Conduct business in alignment with ethical standards and values.
• Bachelor's degree in Science + MBA preferred.
• At least 6+ years of sales experience in the healthcare industry, particularly within the medical device sector.
