• Create clear, engaging, and brand-aligned short-form copy across a diverse array of marketing formats, including infographics, emails, digital advertisements, web pages, pitch decks, interactive content, event copy, calls to action, podcast scripts, and promotional materials.
• Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to produce copy that enhances integrated marketing campaigns, events, announcements, product launches, and market entry strategies.
• Transform creative and campaign briefs into persuasive copy that resonates with target audiences and encourages desired actions.
• Tailor tone, style, and messaging for various audiences, channels, and stages of the marketing funnel—from awareness to conversion.
• Ensure all written content aligns with Vonage’s brand voice, messaging hierarchy, and style guidelines.
• Collaborate with designers to create cohesive copy-design concepts that function seamlessly as a unified creative entity.
• Oversee multiple simultaneous projects in a fast-paced setting, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to scope.
• Efficiently integrate feedback from stakeholders, balancing creative integrity with business needs.
• Stay informed about copy performance and utilize insights to enhance future projects.
• 5-7 years of experience crafting short-form marketing copy in a B2B setting, ideally within a SaaS, cloud, or technology brand.
• A portfolio showcasing outstanding copy across various formats.
• A keen editorial sense: you can discern when a headline is effective and when it falls flat.
• Capability to write clearly about technical products and intricate topics without losing the reader's interest.
• Experience liaising with multiple stakeholders and converting briefs into polished, campaign-ready copy.
• Strong project management abilities; adept at prioritizing a high volume of concurrent requests.
• A collaborative mindset and comfort working within a matrixed organization.
• An inquisitiveness about performance data and a desire to optimize copy based on outcomes.
• Familiarity with SEO principles and emerging AEO practices (writing for AI-generated answers and LLM visibility) is a plus.
