Senior Workday Financials Consultant

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Colombia.

📋 Description

• Provide hands-on configuration and functional support across various Workday Financials domains.

• Address production issues, investigate defects, and deliver prompt resolutions.

• Engage in ongoing configuration, enhancements, optimization, and process improvement initiatives.

• Convert business requirements into effective Workday Financials solutions.

• Develop solutions that are scalable and aligned with the long-term health of the platform.

• Adapt to different functional areas based on shifting business priorities and workload demands.

• Collaborate with Finance, Accounting, and cross-functional business stakeholders.

• Assist in reducing operational backlog and enhancing responsiveness to business needs.

• Quickly integrate into a seasoned, high-performing Workday team.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 5 years of hands-on experience with Workday Financials.

• Strong comprehension of end-to-end financial processes within Workday.

• Proven hands-on expertise in Workday Financial Accounting.

• Practical experience with Workday Expenses.

• Practical experience with Workday Business Assets.

• Familiarity with Banking and Settlement processes.

• Experience in supporting both production operations and project-based configuration tasks.

• Proficient in troubleshooting defects and resolving Workday Financials production issues.

• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced and occasionally ambiguous environment.

• Strong problem-solving skills and systems-thinking capabilities.

• Experience in delivering scalable solutions rather than temporary fixes.
