Senior Webflow Developer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Argentina.

📋 Description

• Create and manage job websites using Webflow CMS, featuring dynamic job listings, filters, and detailed pages.

• Design and execute integrations with ATS systems, including posting job vacancies, capturing applications, and updating statuses.

• Develop data synchronization processes between Webflow, the ATS, and external services utilizing n8n and REST APIs.

• Process and convert XML and JSON data across various platforms.

• Enhance Webflow's capabilities through the Webflow API and custom JavaScript solutions.

• Implement sophisticated CMS features like filtering, pagination, and search using Finsweet Attributes.

• Establish and manage tracking and events through Google Tag Manager.

• Version control work using Git/GitHub and document integrations and automation processes.

• Identify and resolve synchronization failures, webhook problems, and API call issues.

⛳️ Requirements

• Advanced proficiency in English is essential.

• Demonstrated experience with ATS integrations.

• Experience in data synchronization across various platforms and services.

• Background in building or maintaining job sites, including job boards, career pages, or vacancy portals.

• Required expertise in Webflow CMS and the Webflow API.

• Required skills in JavaScript, HTML, and CSS.

• Required knowledge of n8n and REST APIs.

• Required understanding of XML and JSON.

• Required familiarity with Finsweet Attributes.

• Required experience with Git/GitHub.

• Required proficiency in Google Tag Manager (GTM).

• Experience with webhooks and managing third-party API rate limits is a plus.

• Understanding of technical SEO for dynamic content sites is advantageous.

• Familiarity with best practices for handling candidate personal data and privacy.

• Capability to document and create reproducible processes for team use.
