• 5+ years of experience in design with 1–3+ years of leading creative teams (in agency, subscription, or in-house settings).
• Technical Proficiency: Skilled in Adobe Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), Figma, and Canva.
• Communication: Excellent English language skills (both spoken and written).
• Art Direction: Strong abilities in brand judgment, typography, composition, and art direction.
• Reviewer Mindset: Your feedback is precise, actionable, and prompt.
• Calm Operator Energy: You maintain high standards under pressure and can manage multiple brands/projects concurrently.
• Nice-to-haves: Experience in design subscriptions, high-volume studios, or production environments.
• Motion/video direction experience (After Effects, Premiere, etc.).
• Experience in developing scalable design systems or brand kits.
• Familiarity with project management tools such as Trello, Asana, or Jira.
• Monthly Rate: $1,100-2,000 (negotiable depending on experience).
