This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California, +3 more states.
• Creating and developing visual assets that support partnership campaigns, artist initiatives, and educational programming across Sundance Collab.
• Designing graphics and marketing materials for partnerships, AI Literacy initiatives, and other assigned programs.
• Crafting social media assets, digital advertising materials, email graphics, presentation templates, promotional tiles, and web-ready creative assets.
• Assisting in the visual execution of online intensives, workshops, creative challenges, and virtual programming associated with partnership initiatives.
• Modifying creative assets across various formats and channels while ensuring brand consistency and accessibility considerations are met.
• Collaborating with marketing, partnerships, and program teams to execute creative deliverables that are aligned with campaign goals and timelines.
• Consistently applying Sundance Institute brand guidelines across partnership and program materials.
• Preparing final files in the appropriate formats and specifications for digital, social, presentation, print, and web distribution.
• Engaging in creative reviews and efficiently incorporating feedback while managing multiple concurrent priorities.
• Assisting with ongoing design requests and adapting to evolving campaign needs throughout the temporary assignment.
• Keeping project files, templates, and creative asset libraries organized.
• Coordinating timelines and deliverables for various partnership campaigns and program initiatives.
• Aiding in the management of creative workflows and production schedules to ensure timely campaign launches and program communications.
• Contributing to process improvements that enhance efficiency, organization, and collaboration across creative projects.
• A minimum of 2 years of professional graphic design experience in digital, social, web, presentation, or marketing design.
• A strong portfolio showcasing experience in creating campaign assets, branded content, or digital marketing materials.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, including Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign.
• Experience in designing for social media platforms, email marketing, digital advertising, and web-based formats.
• Strong organizational and project management skills with the ability to handle multiple deadlines simultaneously.
• Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
• Preferred experience in supporting creative campaigns within the entertainment, media, nonprofit arts, education, or cultural sectors.
• Familiarity with motion graphics, animated assets, or short-form video design is an advantage.
• A passion for storytelling, artist-centered programming, and creative community involvement.
