Senior Web Developer – Real Estate, Development Focus

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants anywhere in the world.

📋 Description

• Oversee advanced web development initiatives, encompassing comprehensive multi-page site constructions for real estate, development, mixed-use, and residential projects.

• Develop and uphold site architecture, navigation, page hierarchy, and responsive designs with minimal oversight.

• Maintain a professional level of spacing, alignment, and visual uniformity throughout all pages.

• Incorporate SEO best practices at every stage of development, including metadata, schema markup, URL structures, headings, internal linking, and performance enhancement.

• Apply AI-driven improvements, such as on-site search optimization, chatbot integrations, AI-assisted lead funnels, and AI-content guidelines where relevant.

• Perform comprehensive self-quality assurance to verify accuracy, functionality, mobile responsiveness, and cross-browser compatibility.

• Clearly convey task progress, obstacles, and technical notes through written updates.

• Offer UX/UI suggestions and proactively recognize areas for structural or performance enhancements.

⛳️ Requirements

• Demonstrated experience in developing websites focused on real estate or development (residential, commercial, mixed-use, master-planned communities, etc.).

• A keen design sense with remarkable attention to spacing, alignment, balance, and user flow.

• Capability to independently manage complete multi-page site builds from conception to launch.

• Proficiency in implementing on-page SEO and technical optimization.

• Familiarity with AI-enhanced web tools (chatbots, search automation, smart content modules, etc.).

• Ability to work quickly and accurately, demonstrating strong critical thinking and self-QA practices.

• Excellent written communication skills and the capacity to follow structured instructions without needing extensive supervision.

• Experience with content-rich or large-scale projects involving dynamic fields, floor plans, site plans, maps, or listings. (Preferred skills)

• Knowledge of modern web tools and CMS platforms such as Elementor, Breakdance, WordPress, JetEngine, and other real estate plugins. (Preferred skills)

• Capability to recommend UX/UI enhancements based on buyer behavior and real estate best practices. (Preferred skills)
