Senior Web Developer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

📋 Description

• Assume technical responsibility for the website and landing pages using WordPress.

• Make architectural decisions for the continuous development of our online presence.

• Lead the introduction of new tools and AI-driven functionalities.

• Collaborate with the Performance Lead to enhance both user experience (UX) and user interface (UI).

• Ensure the brand and design system are consistently applied across all platforms.

• Take charge of quality assurance and performance metrics.

• Develop processes that highlight errors early in the workflow.

• Construct and manage tracking systems using Google Tag Manager, Google Analytics, and both LinkedIn and Meta Pixel.

• Oversee the technical upkeep of the consent management tool.

• Execute A/B testing effectively.

• Develop tools and documentation to facilitate independent management of marketing content.

• Offer technical assistance for our web presence in the DACH region and the USA across various time zones.

⛳️ Requirements

• Several years of experience as a web developer focused on marketing.

• Proven experience with significant architecture projects, such as CMS migrations or platform relaunches.

• Ideally, have held technical ownership of an entire platform or a large-scale web project.

• Possess a strong sense of brand consistency and design systems.

• Preferably have experience with multilingual websites and the technical aspects of internationalization.

• Comfortable using English as the primary language for documentation, communication, and presentations.

• Capable of making independent decisions and communicating openly.
