Senior Web Content Strategist – Contract

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Oversee the design of web content, delivering polished, brand-aligned pages and written materials.

• Work closely with stakeholders, developers, and content collaborators to create solutions that effectively balance creativity, usability, and business objectives.

• Utilize UX, SEO, and performance insights to enhance layouts, content organization, and overall clarity in web content design.

• Manage multiple projects from start to finish, demonstrating strong creative judgment, organizational skills, and meticulous attention to detail across all outputs.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 5 years of experience in designing and producing digital experiences, including the creation and publication of web pages and layouts for contemporary websites.

• Extensive experience collaborating with stakeholders, possessing the capability to gather requirements, clarify uncertainties, and present reasoned solutions.

• Proven ability to implement UX/UI best practices in page design.

• Understanding of SEO/AEO principles and information architecture.

• Proficient in utilizing analytics and performance data, such as page behavior, search queries, and engagement metrics, to inform recommendations and enhance content effectiveness.

• Experience with component-based design systems (and/or modular CMS frameworks), enabling creative design while maintaining consistency with reusable patterns.

• Advanced proficiency in Figma.

• Capability to maintain a consistent tone of voice and adhere to style guidelines while converting complex or technical topics into clear, customer-friendly content, particularly for B2B audiences.

• Exceptional organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects, prioritize competing tasks, and communicate progress effectively.

• Comfortable working within Agile/iterative settings that involve rapid feedback cycles and shifting requirements.

• Strong ownership mindset: demonstrates initiative, problem-solving skills, and thorough follow-through with minimal supervision.

• Basic understanding of HTML/CSS concepts to collaborate efficiently with developers and comprehend constraints.

• Experience in supporting or upholding brand identity standards, ensuring visual consistency across digital experiences.
