This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California.
• Establish robust and compliant relationships with a diverse array of healthcare providers (HCPs) across various specialties and account types (IDNs, health systems, and community clinics) by understanding their requirements and delivering precise, balanced information regarding Invivyd's products and solutions.
• Foster clinical discussions that motivate the customer to advocate for their patients and engage the entire account to identify any barriers to providing suitable solutions.
• Recognize shared priorities and utilize knowledge and strategies within the entire account to create a territory business plan that boosts product demand by catering to the needs of key partners and ultimately their patients, leading to exceptional results.
• Leverage your understanding of the broader healthcare landscape for account selling, including provider offices and health systems, and comprehend the decision-making processes within these environments.
• Approach your territory with a business owner mentality, demonstrating accountability, enthusiasm, and determination while taking ownership of your results with urgency and adhering to company policies and industry regulations.
• Present compelling product demonstrations and educational discussions to aid patient care decisions by employing all approved resources in accordance with company training and compliance standards.
• Collaborate as a positive energy multiplier across functions with colleagues in marketing, market access, and other teams to meet customer needs and achieve collective success.
• Operate with a holistic mindset to collect and share customer insights, feedback, and inquiries to assist Invivyd in continuously enhancing its service to providers and patients.
• Work alongside cross-functional partners on overall account and territory strategies to optimize both internal and external knowledge on accessing products and services.
• Compile customer, market data, and insights to effectively utilize multiple channels that drive comprehensive selling engagements.
• Apply a data-driven approach to prioritize customers/accounts to maximize impact in alignment with the strategic plan.
• A bachelor’s degree is strongly preferred; however, candidates without a degree who possess significant relevant industry experience will be considered.
• A minimum of 5 years of experience in sales within biotech, pharmaceuticals, or medical device customer-facing roles is mandatory.
• Candidates must reside within the specified territory.
• Willingness to fulfill the requirement of being in the field five days a week, including overnight stays when necessary, conducting visits, while also handling all administrative tasks related to the position.
• Capability to drive and/or fly within the territory as needed.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to form relationships and engage in meaningful dialogues with healthcare providers.
