Senior VIP Relationship Specialist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Portfolio Management & Acquisition: Spearhead client acquisition efforts and provide exceptional relationship management for a dedicated portfolio of premium institutional and high-net-worth (HNW) clients in Brazil.

• Relationship & Engagement: Cultivate strong rapport and trust with existing VIP clients through regular, personalized, and ongoing communication, ensuring high retention and loyalty to the platform.

• Process Optimization: Take charge of designing and enhancing key customer service processes and systems tailored to the local market, establishing management protocols, and monitoring the life-cycle status of key accounts.

• Data-Driven Analysis: Examine client trading behaviors, uncover implicit or sophisticated needs, and compile detailed key customer analysis reports to guide localized product and service strategies.

• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Serve as the strategic link between Brazil VIP clients and internal stakeholders (Product, Compliance, Operations, and Tech teams) to provide optimal, seamless, and compliant service solutions.

⛳️ Requirements

• Proven Track Record: A well-established network of clients in Brazil/LATAM, including institutional clients, high-net-worth individuals (HNWIs), family offices, private banking clients, brokers, or futures institutions.

• Industry Experience: Direct experience with crypto trading platforms, digital asset exchanges, or fintech innovators is highly beneficial.

• Financial Background: A minimum of 4-6 years of previous experience in sales, account management, or client services within international financial institutions, commercial/private banking, or asset management.

• Language Proficiency: Native or bilingual fluency in Portuguese (both written and spoken) is essential, along with professional proficiency in English for international corporate communication.

• Adaptability & Resilience: Demonstrated ability to excel under pressure, manage tight deadlines, and thrive in a fast-paced, multi-tasking environment.

• Crypto Passion: Exhibits a strong enthusiasm for the web3 and cryptocurrency sector, with a keen understanding of the latest trends, regulatory changes, and innovations in the Brazilian market.
