Senior Video Editor

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Latvia.

📋 Description

• Edit engaging, user-generated content (UGC) video advertisements for multiple platforms, including YouTube, Instagram, Facebook, and TikTok.

• Possess outstanding communication abilities and collaborate effectively with both internal and external teams.

• Assist in Pre-packaging by developing title and thumbnail ideas for your videos.

• Occasionally record a-roll, b-roll, and other UGC-style footage.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 2 years of relevant experience.

• Proficient in using Adobe Premiere.

• Familiarity with AI tools such as ArcAds, VEO, Nano Banana, and Claude.

• In-depth knowledge of short-form content, including hooks, storytelling, pacing, and strategy.

• Demonstrated success as an editor for growing accounts in short-form content.

• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

• Ability to stay updated on trends across various platforms (YouTube Shorts, TikTok, Instagram, Facebook).
