This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in India.
• Create completed videos on a weekly basis, often with minimal guidance, while regularly sharing progress with marketing leads to ensure timely delivery of approved content.
• Rapidly edit high-quality corporate marketing videos for various uses, including but not limited to explainer videos, product/solution overviews and demonstrations, customer success stories/case studies, thought leadership pieces, brand stories/about us videos, event promotions and recaps, social media shorts and advertisements, internal communications and HR videos, animated infographics/data visualizations, and animated logos and title sequences.
• Independently manage projects from conception to completion, involving footage review, rough cuts, fine cuts, color correction, audio mixing, and final delivery.
• Proactively seek out, select, and incorporate relevant stock footage from libraries such as Adobe Stock to enhance existing footage and craft engaging visual narratives.
• Collaborate effectively with content creators, marketing teams, and other stakeholders to grasp project requirements and deliver videos that align with strategic goals.
• Maintain brand consistency and ensure compliance with Blue Yonder's visual guidelines across all video productions.
• Efficiently incorporate feedback and iterate on edits as necessary to achieve desired results.
• Stay informed about industry best practices and advancements in video editing technologies.
• Organize and manage video assets to ensure an efficient workflow and proper archiving.
• 7 - 10 years of focused experience as a Video Editor, with a robust portfolio that highlights corporate marketing video projects, particularly case studies and solution videos.
• Capability to produce videos swiftly! Completing basic edits within hours rather than days.
• Mandatory expert-level proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro.
• Demonstrated ability to source and seamlessly integrate stock footage from platforms like Adobe Stock to enhance storytelling.
• Proven track record in editing a diverse range of corporate video content (e.g., testimonials, product demonstrations, event highlights, internal communications, thought leadership pieces).
• Strong understanding of video production processes, from pre-production through post-production.
• Professional expertise in audio editing standards to produce broadcast-ready videos with narration, music, and sound effects as required.
• Solid understanding of storytelling principles, pacing, and visual aesthetics.
• Proficiency in color correction, audio mixing, and basic motion graphics (knowledge of After Effects is a plus).
• Proficient in photo editing to transform raw captures into web-ready sizes and color standards using Adobe Photoshop.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English are essential.
• Ability to work independently, juggle multiple projects concurrently, and adhere to tight deadlines.
• Proactive and resourceful with a sharp eye for detail.
• Self-motivated and capable of thriving in a remote work setting.
• Flexible working hours, with the requirement to overlap some hours with the US Central time zone for collaboration.
