Senior UX Writer – Maternity Cover

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Kingdom.

📋 Description

• Create clear and concise copy for our fan-facing and partner-facing tools across app, web, emails, and notifications.

• Enhance the experience of discovering shows, purchasing tickets, and attending events to ensure it is effortless and enjoyable for fans.

• Simplify the process of building, managing, and analyzing events on MIO, making it a pleasant experience for partners.

• Contribute to UX decisions and design strategies from the outset.

• Collaborate closely with a diverse range of professionals, including designers, product managers, developers, data analysts, customer support teams, and others.

⛳️ Requirements

• Experience in content design for both app and web platforms (B2B and/or B2C).

• Proficient in Figma, our preferred design tool.

• Ability to write in a specific brand voice, adapting that voice to various contexts.

• Experience working in a dynamic, fast-paced environment while collaborating with multiple teams.

• Skills in presenting and defending both writing and design decisions.
