📋 Description

• Financial Trust Architecture: Oversee the complete financial experience for our Core, Plus, and Pro tiers. You will develop responsive interfaces and component logic that empower operators to manage high-stakes distributions with assurance and transparency.

• Product Design Strategy: Collaborate across the organization to ensure that interface choices positively affect conversion rates, feature adoption, and user retention. You are adept at discussing unit economics and user interface design.

• AI-Native Prototyping: Utilize AI-driven development environments to swiftly validate concepts as functional prototypes, effectively bridging the gap between product hypotheses and production-ready code.

• Production-Level Craftsmanship: Engage directly with our front-end architecture (React/TypeScript) to create seamless interactions, sophisticated data visualizations, and reliable state management where user trust is critical.

• Scalable Product Architecture: Propel the advancement of the Pro product through components and views designed to manage property operations at scale—addressing diverse data, edge cases, and the complex tools operators require.

• First Principles Problem Solving: Employ data, owner insights, and cross-functional discussions to determine what should be designed and engineered to prevent future support issues.

• Autonomy and Ownership: You will take charge of delivering features and their ultimate outcomes. Your expertise, data insights, and user feedback will be essential in enhancing the user experience across various product sectors to meet business objectives.

• Systematic UI Thinking: Enrich Evolve’s core design system by converting design components and patterns into a robust, accessible, and highly reusable code library that upholds consistency across the platform.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 7 years of experience in product development within B2B/Fintech or rapidly growing tech-enabled services.

• Production-Grade UX/UI Expertise: Proficient in modern front-end engineering frameworks (React, TypeScript, CSS-in-JS architectures) paired with a refined eye for typography, alignment, and motion design.

• AI-Driven Workflow: Advanced skills in utilizing AI development environments and tools to create functional, interactive prototypes.

• Strong Financial Acumen: You comprehend user interactions with financial data and how data flows within applications. You easily understand back-end aspects such as revenue distribution, accounting logic, and tax reporting to design cleaner front-end systems.

• Proven ability to navigate ambiguity: You translate unclear requirements into high-fidelity, multi-platform solutions (web & mobile) that balance aesthetic quality with measurable conversion.
