📋 Description

• Ideate and develop design solutions that enhance clarity, cohesion, and visual impact throughout product experiences — from initial exploration to detailed execution.

• Collaborate with UX research and data teams to inform design decisions based on user behaviors, needs, and motivations.

• Convert concepts into cohesive, user-centered designs, balancing speed with craftsmanship and structure with narrative.

• Contribute to information architecture and promote best practices that elevate the design standards within the team.

• Engage actively in team critiques, offering constructive feedback and nurturing a robust design culture.

• May assist with additional projects as needed, ensuring timely and effective completion aligned with organizational goals and standards.

• Proactively build and apply AI fluency in your design practice, contributing to shared workflows and assisting teammates in exploring how AI can facilitate quicker, more consistent design outcomes.

• Work closely with product, engineering, and internal teams to translate creative direction into practical, user-centered solutions.

• Effectively communicate design intent through visuals, prototypes, and storytelling that align teams and stakeholders.

• Lead through influence — promoting alignment, enhancing work quality, and guiding peers through design challenges with clarity.

• Collaborate with cross-functional partners to establish timelines, trade-offs, and constraints throughout the design process.

• Contribute to component specifications, token definitions, and library maintenance in partnership with the UX team, ensuring accuracy and consistency across the system.

• Identify gaps and opportunities within the system, aiding in the definition of patterns that support product growth and scalability.

• Partner with front-end engineers to ensure specifications are accurately translated into production and that the token pipeline remains reliable.

• Support documentation and guidelines that facilitate adoption across design and development, including versioning and deprecation as the system evolves.

• Develop proficiency with AI-powered design tools, applying them to generate and validate designs within the system using the design system as a solid foundation.


⛳️ Requirements

• 3–5 years of experience in leading the end-to-end delivery of products, from ideation and discovery to pixel-perfect mockups.

• Experience collaborating with remote, geographically distributed, cross-functional teams on complex product features.

• Proven experience leading discovery, ideation, and user research sessions.

• Some practical exposure to design systems work — contributing to components, tokens, or documentation.

• Strong proficiency in design tools (e.g., Figma), including component libraries, with a keen interest in enhancing your knowledge of Variables and token workflows.

• Familiarity with token architecture and a willingness to learn how design tokens integrate with engineering implementation.

• A user-first approach to UX design, underpinned by research and data.

• Strong storytelling abilities with experience presenting to audiences at various organizational levels.

• Experience in mentoring junior designers.

• Familiarity with AI-powered design tools and a genuine curiosity about how they can be integrated into a robust design system — or enthusiasm to cultivate that fluency as the field develops.

• Comfort working within a feedback-rich culture and approaching conflict with curiosity.
