This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Louisiana, +1 more state.
• Deliver specialized clinical product and technical support as well as training on AcuNav™ and SOUNDSTAR™ catheters during electrophysiology and interventional cardiology procedures.
• Educate physicians and EP laboratory staff on electrophysiology systems and catheter equipment, including CARTO®, CARTOSOUND™, CARTOMERGE™, and the Stockert RF generator.
• Provide customers with education on electrophysiology products and share technical and clinical information along with in-service training.
• Offer best practices to enhance customer value.
• Recognize potential sales opportunities utilizing consultative selling methods.
• Raise awareness of electrophysiology solutions and assist Territory Sales Managers in connecting with key decision makers.
• Organize and coordinate customer case support.
• Collaborate with regional teams, Territory Managers, EP Clinical Account Specialists, Ultrasound Clinical Account Specialists, Marketing, Field Service Engineers, and Regional Business Directors.
• Maintain ongoing communication with external partners and cultivate customer relationships across EP/IC labs and hospital stakeholders.
• Keep abreast of product instructions for use, best practices, troubleshooting, scientific literature, and new product information.
• Address requests in high-pressure environments and devise solutions through diagnostic discussions.
• Mentor new members of the electrophysiology commercial team as requested.
• Carry out other assigned responsibilities.
• A minimum of a bachelor's degree or 4 years of relevant professional work or military experience.
• At least 2 years of experience in a clinical echocardiography lab.
• Must hold certification as a Registered Cardiac Sonographer (RCS) or Registered Diagnostic Cardiac Sonographer (RDCS) in adult or pediatric echocardiography.
• Advanced knowledge in clinical ultrasound and echocardiography.
• Clinical understanding of the healthcare industry, disease states, and therapeutic and institutional trends.
• Valid driver's license issued in the United States.
• Advanced clinical expertise in cardiac ablation and cardio imaging.
• Technical knowledge of electrophysiology technology, advancements, and the business landscape.
• Willingness and capability to travel up to 40% overnight locally, regionally, and nationally, sometimes with short notice.
• Ability to work in hospital laboratory environments, attend live patient cases, wear protective gear, and adapt to variable hours.
• Capacity to lift up to 60 lbs.
• Strongly preferred: Experience in Electrophysiology/Cath Lab or EP/Cardiovascular Device Industry.
• Preferred industry certifications: CEPS (IBHRE), RCES/RCIS.
• Experience with highly complex technical systems and/or in critical patient care environments.
• Proficient in effective and timely communication with co-workers and patient care teams.
• Ability to work independently and adapt flexibly in a dynamic setting.
• Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills in high-pressure situations.
• Capability to convert extensive data into actionable insights.
