This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Poland.
• Take charge of Facebook user acquisition for web funnels across our primary dating portfolio (e.g., Dating.com / DateMyAge and similar products), emphasizing the USA and Tier-1 markets.
• Strategize, initiate, optimize, and expand campaigns, typically managing a monthly budget of $200k–$300k+, with aspirations for growth.
• Establish and uphold account/business manager structures and operational standards (including tracking setup, domains, whitelists, payment processes, and fundamental infrastructure).
• Implement a systematic creative testing process: formulating hypotheses, performing iterations, extracting insights, and scaling effectively.
• Propel automation enhancements (through rules, scripts, and integrations with third-party automation tools) while documenting best practices to reliably scale the channel.
• Significant hands-on experience in Facebook user acquisition (web/B2C), with a proven track record in the USA and Tier-1 markets (experience limited to CIS is not applicable).
• Management of budgets exceeding $100k per month (preferably around $200k+), with a strong focus on performance metrics (CPA/ROAS/LTV and scaling strategies).
• In-depth understanding of Facebook best practices (including structure, scaling, bidding, measurement, and troubleshooting) and willingness to engage in a role that is approximately 70-80% execution and 20-30% channel leadership.
• Experience or solid familiarity with automation and a practical understanding of AI and creative iteration workflows.
