
Senior Trial Success Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California, +2 more states.
• Oversee the trial implementation of Samsara technology for enterprise clients, creating customized trial plans to meet the specific requirements of each prospect.
• Facilitate value-oriented discussions to establish success metrics, outline project scope, and manage both internal and external teams responsible for the comprehensive delivery of the trial.
• Serve as a subject matter expert in areas such as change management, communication strategies, risk mitigation, and coaching methodologies.
• Develop materials to support the standardization of the trial process, including job aids, communication templates, and mutual action plans in Accord.
• Conduct internal strategy sessions with the account team to resolve obstacles, enhance cooperation on subsequent steps to advance the trial, and coordinate requests for leadership support.
• Collaborate with essential cross-functional teams to ensure the appropriate resources are engaged at the right time based on the trial's strategic priorities.
• Provide updates on significant milestones, ensuring that both internal and external stakeholders are informed about progress and outcomes of the trial.
• Design customized meeting content for key trial milestones as well as for ad hoc engagements as necessary.
• Advocate for, exemplify, and integrate Samsara’s cultural principles (Focus on Customer Success, Build for the Long Term, Adopt a Growth Mindset, Be Inclusive, Win as a Team) as we expand.
• Over 8 years of experience in a client-facing role with larger Enterprise clients, encompassing strategic consulting, account management, project management, or sales; experience in SaaS or technology is preferred.
• Bachelor’s degree is mandatory.
• Proven project management experience (PMP certification is advantageous).
• Proficiency in change management, communication strategies, risk management, and coaching techniques.
• Strong organizational abilities with a talent for multitasking, prioritizing effectively, and managing urgent requests. Experience in managing stakeholders across cross-functional teams, establishing processes, and driving impactful results.
• Outstanding verbal and written communication skills for conveying complex concepts succinctly.
• Technical proficiency and familiarity with CRM and project management software.
• Ability to adapt and remain flexible in dynamic, fast-paced environments.
• A problem-solving attitude with a commitment to achieving results.
• Strong quantitative, communication, and presentation capabilities.
• Self-motivated individual who enjoys taking ownership of projects and excels in an unstructured, change-intensive setting.
