Senior Treasury Management Sales Representative

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Florida.

📋 Description

• Assist in Treasury Management sales and service functions, which include client follow-ups, implementation coordination, product inquiries, service requests, and internal support requirements.

• Collaborate with clients and Relationship Managers during the onboarding process to facilitate product setup, online banking access, documentation, timelines, testing, and activation.

• Offer technical and operational assistance for Treasury Management services, encompassing Remote Deposit Capture, ACH, wire transfer services, lockbox, online banking, user access, and associated digital banking solutions.

• Conduct training sessions for clients, branches, Relationship Managers, and internal business partners on Treasury Management products, online banking features, documentation needs, fraud prevention measures, and service improvements.

• Generate reports and analyze data related to product usage, client enrollment, service activities, exception items, and other performance indicators.

• Support product demonstrations, client materials, follow-up tracking, client needs documentation, and cross-selling opportunities that enhance client relationships and promote business growth.

⛳️ Requirements

• An associate degree in Business Administration, Finance, Banking, Accounting, or a related discipline is required; a suitable combination of education and relevant banking experience may also be accepted.

• Over 5 years of experience in banking, commercial banking support, customer service operations, or financial services.

• Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish is mandatory.

• Willingness to travel to customer locations in Miami-Dade, Broward, and Palm Beach Counties as necessary.
