Senior Travel Consultant – Publicity Entertainment

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Singapore.

📋 Description

• Efficiently and accurately manage incoming travel requests through various channels, such as phone and email.

• Travel arrangements may involve A-listers, VIPs, Talent, Press, and groups.

• Offer innovative solutions to meet the requirements of publicists.

• Be mindful of budgets while providing the best possible solutions.

• Comprehend the needs of publicists and travelers, guiding them to optimal options.

• Manage modifications, cancellations, and schedule changes, including recalculating domestic and international airfares.

• Coordinate accommodation, meet & greets, chauffeured transportation, lounges, and other VIP services.

• Consistently deliver exceptional customer service, demonstrating enthusiasm in client interactions.

• Maintain Travel Manifests and travel logs up to date.

• Ensure itineraries, back-office invoicing, and billing are accurate.

• Stay informed about the evolving travel landscape due to the pandemic.

• Provide guidance on visa and country entry restrictions.

• Collaborate with colleagues across different regions to ensure a successful global follow-the-sun operation.

⛳️ Requirements

• Previous experience in entertainment travel or VIP travel is essential.

• Strong proficiency in Sabre GDS, along with good fare and ticketing knowledge.

• Solid understanding of worldwide geography and a keen attention to detail.

• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously and adapt to changes.

• Flexibility to work varied hours.

• Capacity to work independently while exercising discretion and sound judgment.

• Proven track record of delivering excellent customer service and resolving issues effectively.

• Ability to perform well under pressure.

• Adaptable to various aspects of client culture.

• Experience in collaborating with international teams to achieve a shared objective.

• Experience in managing small or large groups would be advantageous.
