Senior Travel Consultant, GDS Sabre

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Spain.

📋 Description

• Research and verify travel bookings for clients.

• Possess a thorough understanding of client travel policies and provide consistent guidance to customers.

• Address all inquiries related to necessary regulations (DOT, TSA, passports, visas, etc.).

• Offer clients essential industry insights, including low fares, exchange fees, and penalties.

• Identify opportunities to evaluate operational procedures and client relationships, offering suggestions for enhancements.

• Continuously communicate and expand knowledge of the various supported travel sectors.

⛳️ Requirements

• Experience as a travel agent.

• Proficiency in GDS Sabre.

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and either Italian or French.

• Strong understanding of the travel industry, including its policies, procedures, and processes.
