Senior Travel Consultant, ERM

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Mexico.

📋 Description

• Efficiently and accurately manage incoming requests through various channels (e.g., phone, email, etc.).

• Offer proactive travel consultation to business customers, including providing travel information and promoting related products.

• Independently handle assigned requests and proactively seek to assist where needed.

• Collaborate with the team to deliver daily support.

• Serve as the initial point of contact for team members, addressing inquiries and guiding them on policies and procedures.

• Participate in project teams focused on operations and mentor travel consultants when the team lead is unavailable.

• Skillfully utilize the relevant BCD Travel tools and systems to fulfill requests.

• Anticipate and address potential challenges that may arise for customers.

• Identify opportunities to enhance operational processes and the commercial relationship with customers, providing constructive suggestions for improvement.

• Conduct quality management activities such as error oversight and support assigned projects.

• Achieve individual and team objectives.

• Demonstrable experience in ERM, marine, offshore, or crew travel settings.

• Practical expertise in managing crew movements, rotations, and handling disruptions.

• High attention to detail with the capacity to deliver accurate results under pressure.

• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, 24/7 service environment.

• Proven capability to effectively collaborate within a global, multi-regional operational framework.

• Comprehensive understanding of the travel industry, including policies, procedures, and processes.

• Advanced proficiency in GDS Amadeus.

• Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.

• Established ability to manage multiple priorities concurrently.

• Demonstrated outstanding professional customer service and problem-solving abilities.
