Senior Transformation Consultant

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Louisiana, +4 more states.

📋 Description

• Lead the delivery of engagement by collecting and analyzing information.

• Develop and test hypotheses, crafting actionable recommendations.

• Create reports and deliverables, and present insights to clients.

• Oversee the workstream workplan and collaborate with team members.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Business Management, Engineering, Operations, Information Technology, or a closely related discipline.

• 5 years of experience in Strategy, Operations, Mergers and Acquisitions, or Human Capital Practice.

• At least 1 year of management experience.

• 1 year of experience working in complex, matrixed environments.

• Strong analytical and quantitative problem-solving abilities.

• Knowledge of exponential technologies (AI/ML, GenAI, Agentic AI).
