This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Illinois.
• Accountable for aiding in the development and delivery of Oncology Training for commercial field representatives.
• Collaborate closely with training colleagues and global trainers to co-create training related to disease, products, sales effectiveness, market knowledge, and operational training for members of the Commercial organization.
• Maintain expertise in disease states, products, and therapeutic areas.
• Design and implement training programs and initiatives with minimal supervision.
• Enhance the existing curriculum to address the needs of the Commercial organization.
• Coordinate with Marketing, Legal, Compliance, Medical, and Regulatory teams to ensure the accuracy of medical content and compliance of training materials.
• Manage vendors during the development of training content and ensure adherence to contract requirements.
• Execute project management functions during the creation of training content.
• Facilitate training meetings, including planning, logistics management, vendor oversight, and participant engagement.
• Collaborate with Marketing, Precision Medicine, and Commercial Leadership to develop training aligned with brand objectives and manage the rollout of training materials for field colleagues.
• Influence and lead without direct authority by working with cross-functional teams to provide effective, timely, innovative, and relevant training solutions.
• Partner with external organizations to deliver best-in-class training outcomes.
• Work alongside partner company colleagues to ensure the alignment of training strategies and tactics.
• Build trust and credibility with Business Partners through regular interactions and feedback.
• A minimum of a bachelor’s degree is required.
• At least 5 years of experience in the pharmaceutical or biotech industry is preferred.
• Experience in Training, Marketing, or Sales within the pharmaceutical or biotech sectors is preferred.
• Familiarity with Medical Oncology and Gynecologic oncology areas is preferred.
• Experience in developing training tools to enhance clinical acumen is advantageous.
• Knowledge of adult learning principles, training design concepts, and various platforms is a plus.
• Exceptional ability to collaborate with both internal and external stakeholders at diverse organizational levels.
• High professionalism and the capacity to thrive in a complex, cross-functional environment supporting collaborative project planning.
• Capability to operate effectively in an unstructured environment.
• Strategic insight to allocate time effectively to key initiatives.
• Outstanding oral presentation and executive leadership communication skills.

• Self-motivated with the ability to perform effectively with minimal supervision.
• Familiarity with AI and innovative technology platforms (e.g., iPAD) and programs such as MS PowerPoint, MS Word, MS Excel, and PowerAutomate is highly desirable.
