AML & RG Specialist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Malta.

📋 Description

• Execute AML and Responsible Gaming evaluations in accordance with internal guidelines and regulations.

• Conduct KYC, CDD, and EDD assessments and evaluate customer risk profiles.

• Observe customer activities and transactions, identifying any unusual or suspicious behavior.

• Analyze customer accounts, investigate incidents, and escalate issues as necessary.

• Process withdrawal requests and conduct payment-related verifications.

• Facilitate responsible gaming interactions and implement account restrictions.

• Keep precise records and documentation of cases.

• Effectively communicate with customers and internal partners.

• Occasionally assist with customer service inquiries via email.

• Contribute to operational projects and enhancements in processes.

⛳️ Requirements

• 1–3 years of experience in the iGaming sector, preferably with knowledge of AML and/or Responsible Gaming.

• Familiarity with KYC, CDD, EDD, transaction monitoring, and risk assessment methodologies.

• Proven experience in reviewing customer accounts, transactions, and withdrawals.

• Strong analytical abilities with a keen attention to detail.

• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in English.

• Capability to make informed decisions and manage sensitive information with professionalism.

• Excellent organizational skills, with the ability to juggle multiple priorities.

• Customer-centric approach and readiness to assist with broader operational tasks.

• Proficiency in the Swedish language or experience within the Swedish market would be beneficial.

• Willingness to provide occasional weekend or out-of-hours support when necessary.
