
Senior Time and Labor Analyst

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in North Carolina.
• Assist the Time and Labor team in the implementation and deployment of timekeeping systems, which includes gathering requirements, conducting testing, managing UAT, and overseeing deployment activities.
• Provide support for Time and Labor and timekeeping platforms such as ADP, SAP, Workday Time Tracking, and UKG/Kronos.
• Deliver real-time monitoring and operational assistance for Time and Labor systems.
• Facilitate processes related to time entry, PTO, attendance, overtime, hours worked, and time-off.
• Ensure that established Time and Labor processes and procedures are adhered to consistently.
• Assist with ad hoc reporting and data analysis as required.
• Monitor service-level performance and suggest actions to help teams achieve Service Level Goals.
• Collaborate with internal teams and stakeholders to identify opportunities for process or system enhancements.
• Support the creation of documentation, standard operating procedures, and initiatives aimed at process improvement.
• Solid understanding of Time and Labor and workforce management principles.
• Practical experience with timekeeping or time entry systems.
• Familiarity with ADP, SAP, Workday Time Tracking, UKG/Kronos, or comparable Time and Labor platforms.
• Background in supporting timekeeping system implementations, testing, UAT, or rollouts.
• Knowledge of time entry, PTO, attendance, overtime, and time-off processes.
• Intermediate skills in Microsoft Excel.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and communication abilities.
• Capacity to work effectively in a fast-paced and time-sensitive environment.
• Willingness to travel up to 10%, if required.
