Senior Test Engineer, Automation – Python

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Poland.

📋 Description

• Take charge of the comprehensive QA automation strategy.

• Develop and enhance robust automation frameworks utilizing Python and pytest.

• Incorporate automated tests into Azure DevOps CI/CD workflows.

• Advocate for shift-left testing and enhance quality through early collaboration with developers.

• Produce clear and well-organized test plans, cases, and documentation.

• Monitor test coverage, automation metrics, and overall QA performance.

• Detect and resolve complex issues within data-intensive systems.

• Manage testing of AI/NLP components and utilize AI-assisted QA tools.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 5 years of QA automation experience in data-heavy environments.

• Proficient in Python for developing and scaling automation frameworks (pytest or similar).

• Demonstrated capability to design and lead end-to-end automation strategies from the ground up.

• Practical experience with Azure services and Azure DevOps pipelines.

• Strong foundation in API testing and CI/CD integration.

• Familiarity with containerized testing environments (Docker).

• Ability to create clear and well-structured test documentation and metrics.

• Expertise in manual testing.

• Excellent communication and collaboration skills with clients.

• Upper-Intermediate level of English.

• **Desirable:**

• Experience in AI/NLP testing.

• Familiarity with Deepeval.
