Senior Test Engineer Automation, Python

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Take ownership of the complete QA automation strategy.

• Develop and expand robust automation frameworks utilizing Python and pytest.

• Incorporate automated tests within Azure DevOps CI/CD pipelines.

• Implement shift-left testing and enhance quality through early collaboration with developers.

• Generate clear and well-organized test plans, cases, and documentation.

• Monitor test coverage, automation metrics, and the overall effectiveness of QA.

• Detect and resolve complex issues within data-rich systems.

• Manage testing of AI/NLP components and utilize AI-assisted QA tools.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 5 years of QA automation experience in data-driven environments.

• Proficient in Python for developing and scaling automation frameworks (pytest or similar).

• Demonstrated ability to conceptualize and manage end-to-end automation strategies from the ground up.

• Practical experience with Azure services and Azure DevOps pipelines.

• Strong expertise in API testing and CI/CD integration.

• Familiarity with containerized test environments (Docker).

• Capability to produce clear and structured test documentation and metrics.

• Experience in manual testing.

• Exceptional client-facing communication and collaboration abilities.

• Upper-Intermediate level of English proficiency.

• Experience in AI/NLP testing (Desirable).

• Familiarity with Deepeval (Desirable).
