Senior Test Automation Analyst

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Conduct both functional and technical testing while developing automation for future tests to ensure comprehensive coverage of all scenarios present in the projects.

• Automate the generation of test data and create test artifacts for the functionalities of the project.

⛳️ Requirements

• Solid understanding of testing principles (techniques and strategies).

• Expertise in various testing types and levels.

• Requirements analysis: capability to interpret and validate software requirement specifications found in a user story.

• Experience with BDD to create and update both functional and non-functional test cases.

• Develop and maintain test plans, functional test scripts, and comprehensive use cases.

• Practical experience in conducting manual testing of REST/SOAP APIs using Postman.

• Background in manual testing for mobile applications.

• Experience in manual database testing (Db2, Oracle, and MySQL).

• Proficient with issue/tracking systems (Jira, Azure DevOps, ServiceNow).

• Familiarity with Agile methodologies, specifically Kanban.

• Experience in preparing status reports.

• Proven experience in implementing scalable automation frameworks.

• Validation of REST APIs (requests, responses, authentication, status codes).

• Knowledge in performance testing.

• Development of automated test scripts for UI, API, and backend.
