Senior Territory Manager – Cybersecurity, Network Security Sales

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in India.

📋 Description

• Cultivate and oversee robust relationships with partners, including distributors, resellers, and solution providers.

• Identify, onboard, and empower new partners while driving engagement and business expansion.

• Develop and implement collaborative business plans that align with revenue and quota objectives.

• Initiate lead generation activities, partner programs, and promotional roadshows.

• Assist partners with solution positioning, project scoping, and commercial proposals.

• Maintain a healthy sales pipeline and provide precise forecasts on a monthly, quarterly, and annual basis.

• Serve as a subject matter expert on SonicWall products and solutions.

• Conduct Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs) and manage strategic partner relationships across the territory.

• Work with marketing for partner communication and demand generation strategies.

• Identify innovative incentives and approaches to expedite partner-led sales.

• Analyze the partner ecosystem and market trends to refine the reseller mix and recruitment strategies.

• Act as a liaison between partners and internal teams, including sales, support, and customer success.

• Build strong connections with CTO/CIO/CISO communities throughout the territory.

• Drive revenue growth across all product lines.


⛳️ Requirements

• 10–14 years of experience in technology sales or channel management.

• Established history of consistently meeting or surpassing sales goals.

• Experience in independently managing a territory or region.

• Strong relationships with enterprise clients and partners in the area.

• Solid understanding of cybersecurity concepts and solution selling.

• Experience in formulating and executing partner business plans.

• Proficient in Salesforce and Microsoft Office applications.

• Excellent communication and presentation abilities.

• Willingness to travel (25–50% within the region).

• Proficient in business English, both written and spoken.

• Preferred: Postgraduate management degree (Engineering background is a plus).

• Knowledge of the local language will be considered an advantage.
