This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Poland.
• Take the lead in the comprehensive preparation of intricate EU tender applications, guaranteeing full technical and administrative compliance. Oversee and prepare applications for framework contracts;
• Administer the frameworks and manage subsequent applications for call-offs;
• Facilitate communication within the team and with partner organizations involved in the frameworks;
• Identify and engage in-house and external experts based on specified criteria while maintaining ongoing relationships;
• Continuously monitor and evaluate the list of tenders released by international donor entities;
• Submit tenders upon request and maintain subscriptions to international submission platforms as required;
• Prepare and consistently update the status of tender submissions within the database/dashboard;
• Perform thorough market research to pinpoint potential tenders and appropriate consortium partners, assisting in the formation of consortia, including the preparation of company portfolios;
• Uphold strict confidentiality regarding all tender-related information.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, Law, or a related discipline;
• Over 7 years of professional experience in tender management, with a mandatory requirement for a demonstrated history of successfully managing EU-funded tenders (e.g., DG INTPA, DG NEAR, or Horizon Europe), including the application for and management of **framework contracts**;
• In-depth knowledge of the PRAG (Procurement and Grants for European Union external actions) guidelines and/or the EU Financial Regulation;
• Capability to manage the complete lifecycle of an EU tender, from the Expression of Interest (EoI) and shortlisting to the final technical and financial offer;
• Outstanding ability to coordinate international consortia and navigate the administrative "bureaucracy" (Legal Entity forms, Financial Identification, etc.) associated with EU bidding;
• Proven ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tender processes concurrently;
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Word and Excel, as well as tender submission platforms;
• Leadership skills to coordinate both technical and financial contributions;
• Fluency in both spoken and written English.
