Senior Telecom Security Analyst

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Oversee essential firewall, security, and telecommunications environments, including Palo Alto, Fortinet, and Check Point.

• Collaborate with IT security solutions like antivirus and anti-spam programs.

• Engage with networking and telecommunications technologies, covering Layer 2 and Layer 3 protocols.

• Configure devices and networks both physically and logically, including TCP/IP, IP ranges, subnets/masks, gateways, VLANs, routing, network topology, and structured cabling.

• Ensure the maintenance of documentation, monitoring, flows, network protocols, and VoIP technologies.

• Adhere to IT governance processes, including ticketing systems, change management, and service level agreements (SLAs).

⛳️ Requirements

• Proven experience managing critical firewall, security, and telecom environments.

• Strong understanding of networking and telecommunications technologies.

• Familiarity with Layer 2 and Layer 3 protocols.

• Experience in both physical and logical device configuration.

• Knowledge of TCP/IP, IP ranges, subnets/masks, gateways, VLANs, routing, and network topology.

• Understanding of structured cabling.

• Familiarity with antivirus and anti-spam solutions.

• Experience with documentation, monitoring, flows, network protocols, and VoIP technologies.

• Familiarity with IT governance processes including ticketing, change management, and SLAs.

• Must be available to work remotely.
