Senior Tech/System Support Engineer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Poland.

📋 Description

• Oversee and address troubleshooting issues in Production, Test, and Development environments for Unix and Oracle systems.

• Provide delivery and support services within a corporate setting.

• Assist developers and users in resolving system-related problems through scripting.

• Create PL/SQL scripts for data conversions.

• Develop bash/perl scripts to implement changes in Unix/Oracle systems.

• Monitor the performance of applications.

• Recognize and escalate project interdependencies.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in a technical field.

• At least 3 to 5 years of hands-on experience in initiating and executing IT Infrastructure projects is essential.

• Ability to initiate, plan, execute, monitor, control, and conclude multiple cross-organizational technical projects simultaneously.

• Experience in an IT Operations service delivery environment, either in a Corporate or Service Provider organization, or through a similar role as a senior/principal technical support engineer.
