Senior Technology Specialist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Provide support and maintenance for ERP and enterprise systems, including integrations, while troubleshooting Level 1 issues.

• Oversee the order-to-cash process across direct-to-consumer and retail integrations, including SKU mappings.

• Collaborate with vendors and team members to coordinate system updates, patches, and upgrades.

• Develop and maintain quality assurance checks to ensure data and system integrity.

• Offer frontline technical support for hardware, software, and collaboration tools.

• Manage cybersecurity measures and enhance business continuity and disaster recovery protocols.

• Document process flows, system configurations, troubleshooting procedures, and training resources.

• Lead technology enhancement projects from gathering requirements through to development, testing, training, and post-launch support.

• Conduct technology onboarding sessions for new employees, covering equipment, access, and system training.

• Collaborate with various departments to identify technology needs and assess relevant tools.

⛳️ Requirements

• 2-3 years of experience in technology support or a related role at a rapidly growing company.

• Strong technical skills and aptitude.

• Capability to independently troubleshoot complex hardware and software challenges.

• Proven experience in redesigning workflows or processes, along with the ability to articulate changes and outcomes.

• Practical experience with ERP systems, preferably Fulfil or Microsoft Dynamics.

• A strong inclination towards automating manual processes and driving project completion.

• Proficiency with AI tools and the ability to assist others in utilizing them effectively.

• A responsive, patient, and clear approach when supporting internal team members.

• Competence in documenting processes and navigating ambiguity comfortably.

• A sense of ownership over outcomes and a collaborative mindset.
