Senior Technical Program Manager – Platform & Data

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in New York.

📋 Description

• Take ownership and lead the comprehensive delivery of intricate technical programs, overseeing everything from conception to launch and adoption.

• Utilize AI by integrating it into program workflows to enhance planning, reporting, and coordination, while ensuring output quality and governance.

• Foster alignment with Product and Engineering teams to define roadmaps, synchronize timelines, and drive execution.

• Establish and refine program operating models (cadence, governance forums, reporting structures) to enhance alignment and predictability in execution.

• Create and manage integrated program systems, encompassing plans, milestones, dependencies, and scalable processes.

• Facilitate cross-functional coordination among Product, Engineering, UX, Data, and GTM teams.

• Design and implement scalable program execution systems that enhance speed, consistency, and visibility across teams.

• Identify, monitor, and proactively address risks, dependencies, and execution gaps.

• Track and enhance program predictability regarding delivery progress, timelines, dependencies, and decision velocity.

• Lead program reporting and communication, providing clear narratives and high-quality insights that support effective technical and executive decision-making.

• Champion change management and adoption, influencing teams to embrace new methodologies and improving execution outcomes on a large scale.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 8 years of experience in leading complex, cross-functional technical programs within SaaS or technology settings.

• Proven capability to operate autonomously and provide clarity in uncertain situations.

• A strong history of delivering programs that involve multiple teams, systems, and stakeholders.

• Experience in influencing and aligning cross-functional and executive stakeholders effectively.

• Demonstrated skill in managing dependencies, risks, and competing priorities on a large scale.

• Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to distill complex topics into clear, actionable insights.

• Experience in creating processes and frameworks that enhance program execution.

• Background in leading large-scale change management initiatives.
