
Senior Technical Consultant – Enterprise Networking, Wireless

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Design and execute enterprise network solutions throughout campus, branch, and datacenter settings.
• Facilitate technical discovery sessions, architecture discussions, design workshops, and deployment activities for client projects.
• Create comprehensive low-level and high-level design documentation, implementation strategies, and testing plans.
• Configure, validate, and troubleshoot routing and switching systems in intricate production environments.
• Conduct wireless site surveys, predictive designs, and post-deployment validation utilizing Ekahau.
• Architect and deploy enterprise wireless solutions with an emphasis on coverage, capacity, roaming, and performance.
• Install and maintain Cisco Identity Services Engine (ISE) for network access control, authentication, authorization, and policy enforcement.
• Provide technical leadership during implementation, migration, cutover, and optimization processes.
• Collaborate with project managers, architects, engineers, and client stakeholders to ensure successful project delivery.
• Mentor junior consultants and contribute to the establishment of technical best practices within the enterprise networking team.
• Assist in pre-sales activities through solution assessments, effort estimations, and technical recommendations.
• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent experience.
• At least 4 years of practical experience in designing and implementing enterprise network solutions.
• CCNP certification is mandatory, with a strong emphasis on routing, switching, and BGP.
• In-depth knowledge of BGP design, implementation, policy control, path selection, and troubleshooting in enterprise contexts.
• CWNA certification is required.
• Demonstrated experience in network design within enterprise environments.
• Hands-on experience with enterprise routing and switching solutions, including Cisco Catalyst and Nexus switches, protocols, and architectures.
• Practical experience conducting wireless surveys and designing wireless networks using Ekahau.
• Familiarity with designing, deploying, and troubleshooting enterprise wireless networks.
• Experience with deployments of Cisco Identity Services Engine (ISE) and policy-based access control.
• Strong understanding of LAN, WAN, WLAN, TCP/IP, VLANs, STP, HSRP/VRRP, OSPF, BGP, QoS, and DHCP/DNS fundamentals.
• Capable of producing clear technical documentation, diagrams, implementation strategies, and client deliverables.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and customer-facing consulting abilities.
