This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Nevada, +1 more state.

• Develop, rig, and uphold high-quality Spine animation files for production purposes.

• Produce animator-ready files featuring clean skeletons, skins, constraints, and reusable configurations.

• Enhance animations for performance while preserving visual integrity.

• Oversee animation assets, project organization, and technical workflows throughout the development process.

• Facilitate technical transitions between art and engineering teams.

• Analyze game design documentation to grasp feature requirements and pinpoint technical aspects prior to implementation.

• Identify missing, ambiguous, or inconsistent requirements and collaborate with designers and developers to address them.

• Perform technical evaluations of animation files to ensure compliance with team standards before export.

• Continuously refine animation workflows and boost production efficiency.

• At least 6 years of experience working with Spine, preferably without utilizing the mesh tool.

• At least 6 years of experience in 2D animation, drawing, and illustration.

• Experience in slot machine games (mobile platform) is advantageous.

• Robust understanding of rigging, animation workflows, and optimization techniques.

• Exceptional organizational abilities and meticulous attention to detail.

• Capability to work independently while effectively collaborating across various disciplines.

• Strong problem-solving aptitude with the foresight to anticipate technical challenges before they escalate into production issues.

• Proficient in reading and comprehending detailed game design and technical documentation.
