• Provide extensive consulting on best practices for data management, encompassing workflows, tools, governance models, and integration patterns.
• Oversee the design and development of enterprise geographic information systems (GIS) and the implementation of Utility Networks (UN).
• Execute tasks related to data model design and development, utilizing advanced geospatial analysis techniques on datasets.
• Work in close collaboration with the development team to deliver GIS support, training, and assistance, while troubleshooting complex issues related to existing GIS applications, tools, and data.
• Aid in the development and upkeep of Esri-based GIS solutions and applications, construct intricate data migration/ETL processes, and provide continuous support for GIS programs and functions that require programming and analysis.
• Create technical documentation for user training and workflows.
• A Bachelor’s degree or equivalent from a four-year college in GIS, Surveying, Engineering, Geography, Information Systems, or a related field, along with a minimum of eight years of relevant experience and/or training; or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Expertise in Esri ArcGIS Software, including Desktop, Extensions, ArcGIS Enterprise Server & Portal, with a strong command of ArcGIS Pro and enterprise geodatabases.
• Experience overseeing Esri version management and versioning schemes, as well as producing ArcGIS data services.
• Knowledge of the Esri suite of tools, including Data Reviewer, Utility Networks, and Attribute Rules.
• Familiarity with FME/Data Interoperability.
• Proficiency in SQL Server development and usage, along with fluency in scripting languages such as SQL, Python, ArcPy, Arcade, and other spatial data processing tools.
