📋 Description

• Developing and implementing strategic and tactical plans for ITIL / ITSM adoption

• Defining and estimating comprehensive Service Management solutions

• Designing service model frameworks in line with RFP specifications

• Showcasing consultative solution abilities during bidding processes

• Creating and overseeing Service Management Implementation Roadmaps

• Leading or consulting on Service Management Implementation Projects

• Crafting clear and effective communications for diverse audiences

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 8 years of experience in IT service management

• ITIL Intermediate Level or ITIL 4 MPT Certification

• Proven experience in leading process implementation and enhancement projects

• Expertise in Process Consulting

• Experience in process audits, assessments, and gap analysis in Service Management

• Strong grasp of Project Management skills
